MONTEMARIA ASIA PILGRIMS, INC.

Montemaria Asia Pilgrims, Inc. (MAPI) is a non-profit organization registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines.

MAPI has been established for the regeneration of the Social, Spiritual and Physical Well-Being of Members, and as a tribute to Unity and Peace in the World, especially in Asia.

MAPI is the owner and developer of the 8-hectare Montemaria International Pilgrimage & Conference Center and the Mother of All Asia –Tower of Peace.

MAPI offers two (2) types of memberships: the Proprietary member or Founder and the Associate member or Pilgrim.

MAPI also offers a variety of special membership packages to devotees, institutions and VIPs. by purchasing and owning a certain volume of proprietary shares at a discounted price, the member shall be entitled the exclusive use and disposition of a special package area inside the Mother of All Asia – Tower of Peace

Proprietary (Founder) Membership Plan

  1. A Founder is part owner of all assets of MAPI, and shall be entitled to enjoy the use of the facilities.
  2. A Founder is entitled to vote and be voted as a Member of the Board of Directors or as an Officer of MAPI, and has a pro rata share in the assets and properties of MAPI.
  3. A Founder may assign, sell or dispose his rights, and transfer membership when fully paid.
  4. A Founder may invite guests and extend the privilege to use the facilities of MAPI, subject to the rules and regulations prescribed by the Board of Directors.
  5. A Founder is entitled to an overnight stay at the hotel.

Associate (Pilgrim) Membership Plan

  1. A Pilgrim shall be entitled to enjoy the use of the facilities of MAPI as may be granted by the Board of Directors.
  2. A Pilgrim shall be recognized in the Roll of Members at the Mother Of All Asia – Tower Of Peace.
  3. A Pilgrim may invite guests to avail the facilities of MAPI, subject to the rules and regulations prescribed by the Board of Directors.

Facilities For Members

Members shall be entitled to enjoy the use of the facilities of MAPI inside the Mother Of All Asia – tower of peace such as the Saint John Paul II Shrine Chapel, Trade And Exhibition Halls, Galleria Chapels, Food Court, Spa And Wellness Center, Boutiques And Novelty Gift Shops, Seminar And Conference Audio-visual Rooms, Mini- Theaters, And Panoramic View Decks. Other facilities include: Residential And Commercial Condotel Units, Diners And Café, Retreat & Recollection Facilities, Rosary Gardens, Meditation Grounds, Scala Sancta, Way Of The Cross And Santo Niño Chapel.

FUNDING OF MAPI

Funding of MAPI will come entirely from investments of Members, either Proprietary (Founder) or Associate (Pilgrim) Shareholders.

No donation will be accepted by MAPI.

Members' participation in this true legacy project, a unique World Destination, maybe further enhanced by the anticipated increase in the value of shares of MAPI.

TRUST FUND

A trust fund has been created for the purpose of accepting from all members and guests their enrollment fees and share, respectively, for the maintenance, improvement and operation of the facilities and advocacies of MAPI.

Guests shall also share in the prescribed fees determined by the Board of Directors every time they access and/or avail of the facilities and services of Montemaria Asia Pilgrims, Inc.
