Montemaria Asia Pilgrims, Inc. (MAPI) is a non-profit organization registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines.
MAPI has been established for the regeneration of the Social, Spiritual and Physical Well-Being of Members, and as a tribute to Unity and Peace in the World, especially in Asia.
MAPI is the owner and developer of the 8-hectare Montemaria International Pilgrimage & Conference Center and the Mother of All Asia –Tower of Peace.
MAPI offers two (2) types of memberships: the Proprietary member or Founder and the Associate member or Pilgrim.
MAPI also offers a variety of special membership packages to devotees, institutions and VIPs. by purchasing and owning a certain volume of proprietary shares at a discounted price, the member shall be entitled the exclusive use and disposition of a special package area inside the Mother of All Asia – Tower of Peace

MEMBER BENEFITS COMMON TO BOTH FOUNDER AND PILGRIM ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- 1. Waived Annual Membership Dues.
- 2. Free Entrance.
- 3. Free Parking.
- 4. Priority in the Use of Facilities and Exclusive Use of Members Only Lounge and Clubhouse.
- 5. Free Use of Elevators and Free Access to the Mother of All Asia View Deck and other future attractions inside the monument such as the Galeria De Maria and VIP Marine Biodiversity Center.
- 6. Free Access to existing and future attractions such as the Mirror Deck, Cable Car, Miracle Walk, Water Park, etc.
- 7. 20% Discount on Hotel Accommodation, Food and Beverage Bills, Souvenir Items, Use of Facilities, Shows and Events, and Access to Theme Park Attractions of sponsored guests.
- 8. Only Founders are entitled to an overnight stay at the hotel every year.
- NOTE: A THREE (3) MONTHS ADVANCE RESERVATION IS REQUIRED AND CONFIRMATION IS SUBJECT TO ROOM AVAILABILITY. ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS ARE VALID FOR TWO (2) ADULTS (FOUNDER AND SPOUSE) AND TWO (2) CHILDREN (MAXIMUM AGE OF 12).
